One World Jiu-Jitsu was founded in 2006 in Union City, California by Mike Prudencio. Mike set out to build a school that was family-friendly, competitive, and welcoming to all. The academy has since grown and moved to its current home in Newark, CA, where Mike and the team continue to work tirelessly to build a first-class school and community.
